At the age of 25, when most people are still discovering what they want from life, Mr. Sujeet chose a harder but meaningful path — to build a sports ecosystem for India.
Born with a deep love for sports, especially cricket, Sujeet understood early that India has no shortage of talent, only a shortage of systems, support, and opportunities. This realization became the foundation of his life's mission.
The Beginning of a Vision
In 2017, with limited resources but unlimited determination, Sujeet started Little Crickers Academy – The School of Sports. The goal was simple yet powerful:
"Train children not just to play, but to perform at the highest level for India."
What started as a small academy soon became a place where discipline, fitness, nutrition, and character were trained together. For Sujeet, coaching was never just about winning matches — it was about building professionals and future role models.

As the academy grew, Sujeet observed two critical gaps in the Indian sports system:
- Talented children who could not afford training
- Highly skilled coaches who lacked respect, stability, and growth
Instead of ignoring these problems, he decided to solve them.

A charitable trust created to ensure that no child's talent is lost due to poverty. Through CSR partnerships, free coaching, nutrition support, and equipment, the foundation works at the grassroots level to discover and nurture hidden talent.
Shri Jeet Sports & Coaching Management Pvt. Ltd. – The Backbone
A professional company designed to support and empower coaches by providing structured employment, fair income, career growth, and respect — while delivering high-quality coaching solutions to schools, colleges, societies, and corporates.
